With two chickens and a dream, Beam Farm was born. Always knowing he wanted to continue his grandfather’s legacy, Craig and his wife Stephany set out to use social media to teach others how to decrease their dependence on store-bought food. Today, they have over 100 chickens and 350 quail and collect thousands of eggs each month. They teach others how to raise and butcher pasture-raised chickens while keeping their followers up to date on the latest poultry publications. If you can’t find them at the farmer’s market, you’ll find them doing their best to help others help themselves through their humble experiences.
